BACOLOD CITY: The Department of Health (DoH) in Western Visayas has classified Negros Occidental as “high risk” after topping the region with having the most number of cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), with 9,780, as reported by the Provincial Incident Management Team.
