THE United States government is willing to assist the Philippines over Chinese incursions in the West Philippine Sea.
In a Malacañang press briefing on Tuesday, Philppine Ambassador to the United States Jose Manuel Romualdez said the US government is only awaiting the call of the Philippine government.
