THE state-run-weather agency on Thursday lifted all storm signals as Typhoon "Bising" (international name: Surigae) continues to maintain its strength while moving northeast away from the Philippine landmass.
In its 5 p.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the typhoon was at 390 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes.
