THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) urged the Philippine National Police (PNP) to investigate the death of a senior citizen who was lined up at the community pantry set up by actress Angel Locsin.
“Since somebody died, the PNP has to conduct an investigation. We cannot ascertain yet who could be liable until the completion of the investigation,” said Interior Secretary Eduardo Año in a press statement on Friday.
