THE Department of Health (DoH) has reported 8,276 new cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) on Thursday, raising the total number of infections to 1.028 million.
At least 69,354 or 6.7 percent of the total are active cases, although 97 percent are mild, moderate or asymptomatic.
