ABOUT 200 beneficiaries will receive ₱10,000 financial assistance in time for Labor Day on Saturday, said Taguig Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano.
Cayetano, a former speaker of the House of Representatives, said beneficiaries will include the poor and the vulnerable sector in 13 cities and provinces under the "Sampung Libong Pag-Asa" initiative. These include Quezon City, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Caloocan, Pateros, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Camarines Sur, Sta. Rosa in Laguna, Antipolo in Rizal, and Ormoc in Leyte.
