The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has allowed limited indoor dining, barbershops, beauty parlors and similar establishments to partly open in Metro Manila and other areas placed in modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).
