Morado explains absence in PH team tryouts

Creamline star setter and Philippine national volleyball team veteran Jia Morado made it clear that lack of interest was not the reason why she did not attend the tryouts last Wednesday for the team bound for the Hanoi Southeast Asian Games in November.

Instead, it is due to the health and safety concerns induced by the Covid-19 pandemic that made her decide not to attend the tryouts at the Subic Bay Gym, where 16 players showed up.
