‘At home’ with better user experience.

Families enjoying the Ohmyhome platform should have an easier time navigating both the Philippine application and website after its Singapore-based developers re-launched the service following the market’s preferences.

Users can now enjoy hassle-free housing transactions, two ways via the revamped setup: through a DIY option where they can buy, sell, or rent on their own or with the assistance of well-trained professional Ohmyhome agents.

Moreover, besides going for a sleeker aesthetic, the company upgraded their features, making the search for favored properties simple and easy for first- and long-time site visitors.

Both the Home Page and the Properties Page now have a search, which gives buyers an option to search by project name, area, or developer. When clicked, the search bar shows initial options of areas or developers that users can quickly select and sort through.

The home page further features a new section that organizes all real estate projects available on the platform. Like in the search bar users simply have to click the real estate developer in order to view their chosen projects in locations all over the country.

Meanwhile, the new property page now has curated categories that cater to various property preferences, according to research and customer-driven data. Navigation is now possible under such specific categories as “Explore by Area,” and “Made for Families.”

The twin revamps prove popular with users who have always enjoyed innovative solutions from Ohmyhome’s digital presence, among them the exclusive in-app feature called ‘ShoutOut’ which reverses the home-searching behavior by enabling buyers and tenants to post their property requirements; and the “Buying From Overseas” page, which assists prospective buyers based abroad in purchasing property in the Philippines.
