THE City of Manila rolled out the first batch of Sputnik V vaccines to medical frontliners of six district and national government hospitals on Tuesday.
Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd administered the Gamaleya Research Institute-manufactured jab to the first recipient, Walter Regonan, Senior Administrative 1 of the Sta. Ana Hospital.
