The Marino Party-list urged the inclusion of subsidized training for seafarers and OFWs in the proposed Bayanihan 3 bill to ensure that they can be deployed to help keep the economy afloat amid the pandemic.
Marino Party-list First Representative Sandro Gonzalez said the Bayanihan 3 is one way of recognizing seafarers and OFWs’ trillion-dollar contributions and at the same time providing them the needed training and assistance.
