Less than three months away from the Tokyo Olympics, Filipino weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz has turned her training up a notch in Malacca, Malaysia.
“I used to do six to eight sessions a week but now it’s seven to 10 sessions. There are morning and afternoon sessions. In the morning, we start at 10 and we end at 1 p.m. In the afternoon, we start at 4:30 and end at 7:30,” Diaz shared to The Manila Times.
