PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is open to a "formal debate" with former Supreme Court Associate justice Antonio Carpio on the issues related to the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) "anytime," Malacañang said on Thursday.
This, after Carpio accepted Duterte’s challenge to debate with him on the West Philippine Sea issue and urged the President to resign immediately for making a false claim about him.
