TO commemorate the 500 years Anniversary of the victory of Lapu-Lapu in the Battle of Mactan, the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) launched the commemorative postage stamp to honor the transcending spirit of heroism, gallantry, and bravery of the Filipinos.
