The government has reached a compromise on the levels of pork import tariff rates and minimum access volume (MAV).
The Department of Agriculture (DA) in a statement on late Wednesday said that the Senate has accepted the economic team’s recommendation that the tariff rates under Executive Order (EO) 128 be modified and the MAV be reduced.
