Hyper Dynamic still buying JFC common shares

Willy N. Ocier is the chairman of the 11-person board of Belle Corp. (BEL) with 9,763,126,297 outstanding common shares with P1 par value, and 10,560,999,857 listed and issued common shares, according to the website of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).

In a public ownership report (POR) as of Dec. 31, 2020, which BEL posted Jan. 20, 2021, Ocier, who bought 18,000 BEL common shares at P1.62 each on Feb. 2, 2021, directly held 69,928,702 common shares, or 0.716 percent of outstanding. Of the company’s 11 executives, only two were direct stockholders, namely, Nancy O. Hui, 3.5 million BEL common shares, or 0.0356 percent; and A. Bayani K. Tan, corporate secretary, 347,341 common shares, 0.003557682 percent.
