The local unit of Singapore-based life insurer Singlife aims to expand the number of its customers by up to 150,000 this year with the help of new products.

“For this year, we do expect that we can get in 150,000 customers and have 350 million in annualized premium equivalent (APE), which are very decent figures we believe,” Singlife Philippine Chief Executive Officer Rien Hermans said during a virtual roundtable held on Thursday.
