THE Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) is investigating reports involving health insurance fraud, an official said.
Dr. Shirley Domingo, vice president for Corporate Affairs, said the state insurer has received more than 900 complaints of "upcasing" since the start of 2021 and 2,000 in 2020.
