CAGAYAN, Apayao and Benguet will be under the second strictest quarantine from May 10 to May 23, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) said.
The three provinces were to have been in general community quarantine (GCQ) until May 14 but the task force decided to shift to a modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) on recommendation of its Screening and Validation Committee.
