MY informal discussion group on the coronavirus pandemic had a good laugh when one member contended that he has found a plausible explanation as to why the IATF, with President Rodrigo Duterte’s amen, has placed the entire country under an unending lockdown (community quarantine) and the most severe restrictions on earth.
