THE Philippines recorded another drop in new cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) at 4,842 on Wednesday, the Department of Health (DoH) said but attributed the decline to the low submission of data by its designated Covid laboratories.
The DoH said a total of 33,529 samples were tested, 4,191 or 12.5 percent of which were found positive for the virus.
