DAVAO CITY: Twenty-three supporters and members of the New People’s Army (NPA) from Paquibato District here surrendered to authorities on Monday.
Davao City Police Office chief Col. Kirby John Kraft said the 23 surrenderers are former NPA members and its sympathizers. Some are members of Milisyang Bayan (MB) while others are members of underground mass organizations operating in Paquibato District, Kraft said.
