Information technology systems integrator, Micro-D International Inc. (MDI), together with its fully-owned subsidiary Novare Technologies is looking at a possible initial public offering (IPO) in the next four to five years.

In a briefing on Wednesday, MDI founder Myla Villanueva said that while an IPO is not the only way towards a growth journey, it is certainly on the company’s “horizon.”
