METRO Manila is now at "moderate risk" against the threat of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd said, as the transmission rate of the virus in the capital region has slowed down in May.
In a meeting with President Rodrigo Duterte aired over state-run PTV-4 on Tuesday, Duque said the two-week growth rate of the virus in the National Capital Region (NCR) had gone down further to -46 percent from -39 percent.
