THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) terminated two more traffic enforcers involved in a robbery-extortion caught on video that went viral last week.
According to a resolution, Mark James Ayatin and Jayson Salibio “committed grave misconduct as public employees”. This comes after an investigation was done on a complaint and video uploaded on social media by Christ Edward Lumagui.
