THE former Public Information Office (PIO) chief and Supreme Court spokesman is in hot water over his comments on social media regarding the May 12 oral arguments on the Anti-Terrorism Act.

The Supreme Court en banc issued a Show Cause Order to lawyer Theodore Te on why he should not be cited in contempt over the posts which allegedly "offended" its members.
