Trulaboratories Corp and Sterilab Company, distributors of SD Biosensor Standard Q Antigen Test Kits, recently donated 7,500 kits to the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and various local government units (LGUs) to support the government's initiative of mass testing. The donations were made to help prevent the spread of Covid and increase the pace of testing in key cities in the Philippines.

According to Madeline Pajarillo, president and CEO of Trulaboratories Corp., the donation is the company's way of supporting the government's anti-COVID program and to reach out to Filipinos who may not be able to afford high-quality rapid testing. "Now, more than ever, test kits are needed so urgent treatment can be given to infected individuals and contacts can be isolated which is crucial in breaking the chains of transmission. Antigen testing is an essential tool in our fight against Covid. It can help our government in saving lives and in reopening the economy."
