AC Energy Corp., and its long-time partner UPC Renewables, has commenced the construction of the 160-megawatt (MW) Balaoi and Caunayan wind farm in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.
Dubbed the biggest wind farm in the Philippines to date, AC Energy said the P11.4-billion wind farm is targeted to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2022 and fully operational by 2023.
