TAGUM CITY, Davao del Norte: The Davao del Norte provincial prosecutor has ordered the dismissal of charges against seven suspects allegedly responsible for the detention of 19 pupils for insufficiency of evidence, lack of probable cause and the case being outside the jurisdiction of the province where the case was filed.

Provincial prosecutor Nornan Solis on May 14, 2021 also ordered the immediate release of the 'Bakwit School 7,' identified as Chad Errol Booc, Segundo Lagatos Melong, Benito Dalim Bay-ao, Moddie Langayed Mansimoy-at, Esmelito Oribawan, Roshelle Mae Porcadilla and Jomar Benag.
