Albay Second District Rep. Jose Ma. Clemente "Joey" Salceda said he was certain that presidential daughter and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio would run for president in the May 9, 2022 national elections.
"It can easily be construed by any ordinary person. I can't be on her side in Davao. Common sense," Salceda, a known ally of the presidential daughter told reporters.
