MIDSAYAP, North Cotabato: Due to an unprecedented rise in Covid-19 cases here, Gov. Nancy Catamco will place the entire province back to the stricter general community quarantine (GCQ) starting Sunday, May 30, 2021.
This has been agreed upon in a meeting last Tuesday by the Provincial Inter-Agency Taskforce for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases headed by Catamco in Barangay Luvimin, Kidapawan City wherein the Municipal Health Officers, Liga ng mga Barangay Presidents and the Philippine National Police recommended the implementation of a stricter community quarantine to mitigate, if not fully stop, the rise of Covid-19 cases in the province.
