JUSTICE Secretary Menardo Guevarra has approved the implementing guidelines governing the arrest and investigation of Covid-19 health protocols violators.
"Fully aware of the complications that may arise from effecting arrests of persons not wearing face masks, such as the problem of congested jails or detention centers, President Rodrigo Duterte has directed the Department of Justice and the Department of the Interior and Local Government to come up with guidelines for the proper enforcement of his latest directive," Guevarra told reporters in Viber message over the weekend.
