SENATE Minority Leader Franklin Drilon vowed to oppose the 2022 budget of the task force against communist insurgency since it can be used as a huge "campaign kitty" for the administration's candidates in next year's election.
The proposed National Expenditures Program that outlines the government's priorities for 2022 will be submitted to Congress in July or August, after the last State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte.
