THE National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) on Tuesday raised the alert levels on the Luzon grid due to insufficient power supply.
In its advisory, the grid operator said yellow alert was raised at 9 a.m. and has been upgraded to red alert from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
