THE Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) said on Tuesday there will be rotational brownouts in Metro Manila and nearby provinces that will last for about two hours.
In its advisory, Meralco said rotational brownouts or Manual Load Dropping (MLD) will be implemented from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the following areas:
