THE economy cannot be fully revitalized if the government continues to restrict the mobility of people who have been vaccinated against Covid-19, Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion said on Monday.
Guesting at a Go Negosyo forum, Concepcion pressed his proposal to set up a vaccine pass system.
