PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte will meet with Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn "Gwen" Garcia to discuss quarantine and testing protocols for Filipinos returning to Cebu, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said on Monday.
Malacañang earlier ordered all international flights bound for Mactan Cebu International Airport be diverted to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and for affected passengers to undergo the mandatory quarantine in Metro Manila.
