PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte won't violate any constitution if he decides to run for vice president in the 2022 election and"only God" can stop him from seeking the second highest post in the land, his chief legal counsel said on Wednesday.
Salvador Panelo made the statement in his television program "Counterpoint" in response to a statement by Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman, saying Duterte cannot run for Vice President because it will be a circumvention of the constitutional ban on the Chief Executive to seek reelection.
