THERE was no violation of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan's (PDP-Laban) constitution when it held a national assembly that "is crucial in planning the party's direction for the months to come," its spokesman said on Wednesday.
Raul Lambino, party spokesman and vice president for external affairs, said the national assembly held in Cebu City on Monday "followed both the letter and spirit of the party's Constitution."
