VOTING 17-3, the Senate has passed on third and final reading Senate Bill 2232 taxing Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations (Pogos).
The three senators from the minority group - Franklin Drilon, Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan, and Ana Theresia Risa Hontiveros - voted against its approval on Wednesday.
