THE Department of Health (DoH) regional office in Central Visayas has maintained that it remains in constant dialogue with the Cebu provincial government despite its deviation from the protocols imposed by the national government.

Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Fiel Garcia has issued an executive order that allows overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs), who arrive in the province through the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA), to simply receive reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) swab testing upon arrival and wait for their results.
