The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is urging exporters to manufacture plant-based food as the global demand for plant-based products is set to reach more than $74 billion.
Citing data from market research firm Mintel, the DTI's Export Marketing Bureau (EMB) said demand for plant-based products is projected to reach $74.2 billion by 2027.
