PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Rear Admiral Adeluis Bordado as the new Flag Officer in Command of the Philippine Navy, Malacañang announced on Tuesday.
Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. told a press briefing that Bordado's appointment is effective on June 9, 2021.
