GEN. Cirilito Sobejana, chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), has visited Pag-asa (Thitu) Island in a bid to boost the troops' morale.
The information on Sobejana's visit was only disclosed to reporters on Wednesday as President Rodrigo Duterte had banned his Cabinet members from speaking publicly about the West Philippine Sea, where Pag-asa Island is situated.
