BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 2 (DA-RFO2) in collaboration with local government units (LGUs) and private seed companies virtually launched School on Air (SoA) on Highland Vegetable Production with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the implementation of the SoA.

DA-RFO2 Executive Director Narciso Edillo said the SoA which will officially start on June 14 is dubbed as "Kaalamang Pagsasaka sa Himpapawid."
