THE Philippines can now export processed meat products and their by-products to Japan, the Department of Agriculture (DA) announced on Friday.

In a statement, Agriculture Secretary William Dar said the country has made it to the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's (MHLW) list of certified countries that passed the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point-based (HACCP) hygiene management protocols.
