The Department of Health (DoH) said 337 of the 400 respirators donated to the government had been deployed to different hospitals across the country, specifically in areas where coronavirus cases continue surging.
This comes after several lawmakers claimed that around 370 respirators were being stuck in a warehouse because they were donated by the tobacco industry.
