The victim of a common fault

I PROPOSED to the members of the Committee to study the 1987 Constitution President Rodrigo Duterte had constituted to draft a constitution for a federal republic, the project of conducting possibly online, if not physical forums, to listen first to the objections, reservations and issues the people have in regard to the Bayanihan Constitution we had proposed and answer the objections - where sound answers can be given or rework what ought to be revisited. I am happy many members of the committee warmed to the idea - even without being compensated.

As president of the Philippine College of Jurisconsults, I may ask my colleagues to lead the first forum.
