Auto industry sales surged to 22,062 units in May from 4,788 units in the same period last year, the joint report of the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (Campi) and Truck Manufacturers Association on Monday showed.
The latest figures translate to a 360-percent increase in vehicle sales.
