The local bourse staged a last minute rally on Monday as investors awaited the government's decision on the country's quarantine classification for the rest of June.
The bellwether Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) inched up by 0.14 percent or 9.7 points to its intraday high of 6,917.49, while the broader All Shares gained 0.4 percent or 16.71 points to finish at 4,191.36.
